I've placed my order online with order number GHT####

Once processed you will receive another email with a form to fill out with information needed.  If you have not received anything please contact us to look into the order and send it to you.

I have submitted my tuning sheet, how long until I receive my tunes?

Under normal circumstances custom tunes are delivered via email within 24-72 hours of completing the custom tuning sheet.  Delays will occur if the sheet is missing information or not 100% filled out with correct information.  Incorrect information & typos could result in additional fees 

Ex: incorrect serial number, wrong ECU strategy. Its never a "O" its always a 0 (ZERO)

I purchased a tuner and tune package, how do I fill out my tuning form?

Please send a email into us if you have not gotten it, you will need to fill out the form with the devices you have received.  Please input N/A or 0000000 on the serial number or ECU if you do not have that yet to push it through. 


Please always revert back to stock before giving the ECU strategy and or provide the 4 digit PCM code.

How do I load custom tune files to my SCT device?

Download the SCT Device Updater from the link above and install to a computer, you will then download the files that have been emailed to you and use the launcher to install them to the SCT device.  Multiple videos on youtube as well to help visualize the process. 

Datalogs

Typically we suggest taking your phone out and record a short video trying to replicate the issue and email it over. Please email us asking for the proper PIDS to have shown on the screen as its very critical. A nice street driving from take off to rolling in the throttle from 0 MPH to 65 MPH usually is that is needed when trying to test. 

Each type of vehicle will have mandatory PIDS which we will have you load on the scanner / device.
